Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of the Anchored Instruction learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of class VII students in integrated Islamic junior high school in Ujungbatu. The type of research used is quasi-experimental research with the research design of Nonequivalent Control Group Design using a purposive sampling technique. The study was conducted from March 19, 2019 to April 10, 2019. The population in this study were all class VII integrated Islamic junior high school inayah Ujungbatu 2018/2019 school year, while the sample was class VII Al Jazali as experimental class and VII Al Biruni as a control class. The instrument used is a learning device consisting of syllabus, lesson plan, and Student Worksheet (LPKD). The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. In descriptive statistical analysis shows that the average student learning outcomes of experimental class data is higher than the control class. Furthermore, based on inferential data analysis with normally distributed data then the data variance homogeneity test and t-test are carried out, which is a one-party test that t hitung > t tabel . This means that there is an influence between the mathematics learning outcomes of students who use the Anchored Instruction learning model and the mathematics learning outcomes of students who use conventional learning.
