Abstract :
In allocating village funds the principle of transparency is needed. Transparency in the management of village fund allocations is the main basis on how the implementation of the distribution of village fund allocations can be properly located or not. And information regarding the allocation of village funds shoukd be known by various parties because they must be open. The research was conducted aimed at finding out the transparency of the management of village fund allocations in Sidomulyo village based on the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 113 of 2014, which includes planning, implementation, administration, reporting, accountability and supervision. This study uses descriptive survey types and qualitative methods. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher uses data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. In this study using the Krina theory and there are several assessment indicators, namely: (1) Provision of clear information about responsibilities, (2) Develop a complaint mechanism, (3) Ease of access to information, (4) Increasing the flow of information through collaboration with mass media and non-government institutions. The results of this study indicate that managing ADD is good enough, but for transparency to the community it is not good due to the lack of information provided to the community of Sidomulyo village.
