Abstract :
This study aims to determine and analyze the quality of inpatient services for people who are BPJS and Non BPJS card holders at the Indrasari Rengat Regional General Hospital, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The indicators used are Direct Proof, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. This research is located at Indrasari Rengat District General Hospital, Indragiri Hulu Regency, the sample used in this study is 50 respondents consisting of 25 respondents from Bpjs users and 25 Non Bpjs respondents from Indrasari Rengat Regional General Hospital. This study uses a descriptive-comparative type of research using quantitative research methods. In this study using data collection techniques namely questionnaire (questionnaire), observation, and documentation. The data measurement technique used is the Likert scale. Based on the data analysis technique, the researchers concluded that Inpatient Services for the Community Holders of Bpjs Cards were at Poor Intervals, whereas Non Bpjs Inpatient Services were at Good Intervals.
