Abstract :
The purpose of the study was to describe the basic enforcement of rules related to the destruction of the forest and land in the Rimbo Panjang village and also describe the obstacles in its implementation. This study uses the Quantative method with Descriptive Analysis Techniques, this paper describes the conditions in the objects found in the field based on data data relating to problems that exist in Rimbo Panjang village relating to damage to public property, with Questionnaires and Interviews as data collection tools, and data collected then presented as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions and objectivity of existence and reseach objectives in the studied location. There were 8 groups as objects in the writing study consisting of primary data which were obtained through research tools in the from of questionnaires, and interview lists, and secondary data obtained by means of frequency tables in accordance with results of the study concluded that the implementation of this research is still implemented Poor/quite implemented.
