Abstract :
This study aims to describe the Management of Angsana Dance Community Dance Club Tebing District, Karimun Regency, Riauyang Islands Province, located in Tanjung Balai Karimun, on management functions, namely planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method using qualitati ve data. The subject of the study was Sinta Trillia Rosa as the founder and choreographer of the studio and Muhammad Hendra Syahputra as the selection of the studio training. The object of the research is the history of the studio, the background of the es tablishment of the studio, and the management system used. Data collection techniques were carried out by: (1) observation, (2) in - depth interviews, (3) documentation. The formulation of the problem from this research is How is the Management of Angsana Da nce Studio in Tebing District, Karimun Regency, Riau Islands Province, This study aims to determine the management management system of Angsana Dance Community in Krimun Regency, Riau Islands Province. field, personal documentation, photos and so on. The r esults of the study show that the Angsana Dance Community Studio uses management management functions: (1) planning is the registration of new members, dance learning activities, evaluation of dance learning, determining training schedules, and work progra ms, (2 ) organizing contains details of work, grouping jobs, dividing tasks and coordination, (3) mobilization includes participating in existing events (4) control includes assessment and evaluation which is always held continuously with the aim of being used as a reference so that the studio management is even better. Based on the analysis of the data, it can be concluded that, the Management management system in the Angsana Dance Community Dance Studio consists of Planning, Organizing, Mobilizing and Sup ervising.
