Abstract :
This study discussed the Analysis of the Forms of Mars Songs in State Junior High School 13 Pekanbaru by Desmi Erwinda in Pekanbaru State Junior High School 13. The problem discussed in this study is how the form of the song of Mars, SMP Negeri 13 Pekanbaru, by Desmi Erwinda in Pekanbaru State Middle School 13. This research was carried out to find out clearly the form of the song of Mars SMP Negeri 13 Pekanbaru. By using qualitative descriptive methods. The data studied using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study were then processed and analyzed descriptively. The research subjects were the Principal, Art Teacher, and students. In analyzing data, researchers conducted an analysis of motives and sentences, using elements of music namely melody, rhythm, harmony, timbre, and tempo. Based on the results of the analysis, the researchers found two forms of song sections on Mars Pekanbaru 13 Public Works by Desmi Erwinda, and had 3 themes which in theme A were in the range 1 to 10, theme A was in the 11th to 21st, theme B There are 22 to 30 times in the song, on the song Mars Pekanbaru 13 Middle School by Desmi Erwinda experiencing 2 repetitions with the same melody, and it can be concluded: that the song Mars Pekanbaru 13 Public Works by Desmi Erwinda in Pekanbaru Public Middle School 13 from rhythm the music changes significantly, but the initial tempo until the ending of the song still uses the same tempo, which is using the tempo of Con Bravio (130-135bps).
