Abstract :
This study aims to determine the performance of BPD in Pantai Raja Village, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency and to find out the inhibiting factors of the Implementation of Village Consultative Body Performance in Pantai Raja Village, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency. The indicators used as a measurement tool for evaluating are discussing and agreeing on a draft village regulation together with the village head, accommodating and channeling community aspirations and monitoring the performance of the village head. The type of research used in the Village Head's Office is a descriptive type using qualitative methods. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data sources using data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. Then the data that has been collected is used as a raw material for analyzing empirical conditions and objectivity of the existence and purpose of the research site. As for the sources of information in this study are informants and key informants. Data analysis techniques used in this study by collecting data obtained through informants and key informants, then grouped according to the type and source of data, then the data is tabulated in tabular form which is then analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of the writer's research in the field, it can be concluded that the response of the informant about the Evaluation of the Performance of the Village Consultative Body in Pantai Raja Village, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency, has not been fully implemented. This is because the BPD is less aware of the Duties and Functions of the BPD itself, other than that the inhibiting factor in the performance of the Village Consultative Body in Pantai Raja Village Perhentian Raja District Kampar Regency is a factor of human resources (HR), organizational and management factors, facilities inadequate work and lack of technical guidance from the Regional Government.
