Abstract :
Based on the research that has been done in the accounting education program, it is known that the objectives are to find out: Analysis of Student Satisfaction Levels on the Quality of Online Learning Services in the Accounting Education Study Program, FKIP UIR. In line with the research that has been done, this research uses quantitative research with descriptive methods. The total population, namely students in semesters 3-7 of the accounting education study program, was 76 respondents. The data collection technique of this research was carried out using a questionnaire and descriptive analysis. Based on the research data as a whole, the answer is respondents for student perceptions of learning services online in the accounting education study program FKIP UIR viewed from service quality (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible) respondents' answers were mostly in the "good" category of 78.58%. Student expectations of online learning services in the accounting education study program FKIP UIR in terms of quality service (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibley Most of the respondents' answers were in the "very hopeful" category. by 87.8%. The level of student satisfaction with online learning services in the accounting education study program FKIP UIR lies in the "not satisfied" category, this is because student perceptions are smaller than expectations (76.42 < 87.8), in this case students are not satisfied to online learning services provided by the education study program accountancy.
