Abstract :
The problem in this study is that the limb muscle power is still not optimal, this seems very lacking in the students in making a leap, and when making a leap there are still many students who do it with hesitation so that, as well as jumping, there are still many who do repulsion with power that is still weak. This study aims to find out how much the contribution of leg muscle power to the results of infectious jumps of grade 3A students in the Health Center of Islamic University of Riau. This type of research is correlation. The population in this study were students of grade 3A Penjaskesrek Islamic University of Riau as many as 18 testes and with a sample of 3A grade students Penjaskesrek Riau Islamic University as many as 18 tests.The data analysis technique used was the r test. based on the results of the study there is a contribution of leg muscle power to the results of infectious jump of male students of grade 3A penjaskesrek Riau Islamic University of 64.81%. And with r count of 0.801.
