Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of eye-hand coordination to the ability of long service in the students of class 5th F physical health education studies program Riau Islamic University Pekanbaru.This type of research is correlational research. Population in this research is all student of class 5th F of 25 people. The sampling technique is total sampling so the sample size is 25 people. The instruments in this research are tennis ball throw test and badminton long service test.From the calculation of product moment correlation (r xy) found that the value of r arithmetic (rxy) is 0.413. From table r, the value of r arithmetic with df = 23 with a 5% error rate is 0.396. The comparison result value r count> r table. Co-determination calculation results of 17.1%. The conclusion of this research is there is contribution of eye-hand coordination to the ability of long service in the student of class 5th F physical health education studies program Islamic University of Riau Pekanbaru with contribution equal to 17,1%.
