Abstract :
This research was conducted because students have not mastered the basic technique of passing volleyball properly so that students have not reached the completeness score or KKM value that has been set, namely 70. The aim of this study is to increase volleyball top passing through a variety of learning in VII 1 grade students 13 Kota Dumai. The type of this research is PTK. The population and sample in this study were students of class VII 1 in SMP Negeri 13 Kota Dumai, amounting to 25 people. The data analysis technique used is to calculate the percentage value of classical completeness. From the results of research and data analysis, this study concluded that there was an increase in volleyball's passing skills through learning variations in class VII 1 of SMP Negeri 13 Kota Dumai with the percentage of classical completeness in cycle I of 72% and in cycle II 88% there is an increase in the percentage value of 16%.
