Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of motivation to the learning outcomes of football in class VIII male students of MTs Nurul Falah, Siberuang Kecamatan Koto Kampar Hulu Kabupaten Kampar. This research was conducted using a correlational research design, namely research that calculates the level of relationship of a variable to other variables. The population in this study were students of class VIII sons of MTs Nurul Falah, Siberuang Kecamatan Koto Kampar Hulu Kabupaten Kampar, amounting to 36 people. The sample in this study is a total population of 36 people. The instruments in this study were motivation questionnaire tests and soccer skills tests. Correlation analysis technique used is product moment correlation. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a relationship of motivation to the learning outcomes of football in class VIII male students of MTs Nurul Falah, Siberuang Kecamatan Koto Kampar Hulu Kabupaten Kampar because Rhitung is = 0.423 > rtable = 0.329 with a contribution value of 17.89%
