Abstract :
Completeness of facilities and infrastructure with learning outcomes are two things that are interconnected, the existence of learning facilities is also beneficial for teachers and students in achieving high achievement, by using learning facilities to the fullest, they will be able to follow the development of science and can lead to good learning motivation. so that this research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between infrastructure management and student motivation in participating in sports subjects in class XI SMAN 1 Pujud. The type of this research is correlation. The sample in this study were students of class XI SMAN 1 Pujud totaling 31 people. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is to calculate the level of the value of the relationship or correlation. Based on the results of the study, the conclusions obtained in this study are: There is a relationship between infrastructure management and student motivation in participating in sports subjects in class XI SMAN 1 Pujud with a value of rcount = 0.459 > ??rtable = 0.355.
