Abstract :
This study aims to determine the analysis of the implementation of the duties of the forest and line fire team (Karhutla) the District Field Department in Bengkalis. the performance evaluation indicatired used include the implementation of the policy, preparation, guidance and reporting. This type of research located the District Fire Department in Bengkalis is a descriptive survey that prioritizes the questuinnaire list as a data collection tool and the data collected with this tool is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions and objectivity of the existence of research objectives at this location. There are four population group and the sample in this study are 1 head of section, 3 head of section, 8 members of section, and 22 firefighters. The sampling technique used consist of primary data collected using questionnaire and interview list techniques and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assesses and concludes that the analysis of the implementation of the tasks of the forest and land fire team (Karhutla) the District fire Department in Bengkalis is at the interval of assesessment quiit accomplished.
