ABSTRACT The Implementation of As-Salam Online Sale and Purchase Contract in the Era of Digital Technology 4.0 Based on the Perspective of Fiqh Muamalah (Study on the Pikub.com Sharia Marketplace ) By: MUSDATUL JANNAH NPM: 132310053 This study is motivated by conditions when there have been many developments in online sale and purchase at this time, especially about the implementation of As-salam online sale and purchase contract in the era of digital technology 4.0 based on the perspective of Fiqh Muamalah on the Pikub.com sharia marketplace. The problem formulation of this study: how is the implementation of As-salam online sale and purchase contract in the era of digital technology 4.0 and how is the perspective of Fiqh Muamalah about As-salam online sale and purchase on the Pikub.com sharia marketplace. The aims of this study are to investigate the implementation of As-salam online sale and purchase contract in the era of digital technology 4.0 and to find out the perspective of Fiqh Muamalah about online sale and purchase on the Pikub.com sharia marketplace. The subject of this study is online sale and purchase on the Pikub.com sharia marketplace. While the object is the perspective of Fiqh Muamalah, the perspective of As-salam contract and the implementation of online sale and purchase on the Pikub.com sharia marketplace. The type of this study is library research and field research. Data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, library research and documentation. Data analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of study, the fulfillment of 3 (three ) elements of As-salam contract and the fulfillment of 6 (six ) elements of legal requirements of As-salam sale and purchase contract are precise and clear, so the implementation of online sale and purchase in the era of digital technology 4.0 by the Pikub.com sharia marketplace based on the perspective of Fiqh Muamalah can be concluded as valid or in accordance with the perspective of Fiqh Muamalah about the As-Salam contract. Based on the results of the interviews, the implementation of As-salam online sale and purchase contract in the era of digital technology 4.0 on the Pikub.com sharia marketplace based on the perspective of Fiqh Muamalah is also valid or it is in accordance with the perspective of Fiqh Muamalah about the As-Salam contract.
