Abstract :
SM. Amin road in Pekanbaru is a very busy route. SM. Amin road passed by many heavy vehicles, because the road was opened for heavy vehicles brough a cargo. Purpose the research is to know daily traffic average and load axis crossed the SM. Amin road, to knowing the impact of vehicle excess axis on servige age highways of SM. Amin road. This research method is using guidelines by Bina Marga Pd T 14 2003. This research done during 4 day (Monday, Friday,Saturday and Sunday). Based on the analysis result of daily traffic average (LHR) on traffic lane Air Hitam ? SM. Amin at Sm. Amin road is 13.817 vehicle/day. Based on calculation of vehicle traffic factor get total ESAL daily value is 10908,5164/day and the results of truck factor is 7,461366 > 1, where the results shows the condition of lane Air Hitam ? SM. Amin at SM. Amin road get overload experience (Overload) caused of overload axis pass of Sm. Amin road. Therefore, it needs supervision in the field and gives strict sanctions on infringing vehicles.
