Abstract :
Along with the times, social gathering which was previously carried out conventionally, namely by meeting in person, has switched to using an online system so that the problems that arise are increasingly complex. Transactions at this online reguler secial gathering are carried out through ATM or E-commerce media. This process results in management having a positive or negative impact on the participant and the environment. The factor that often occurs in online reguler secial gathering is the lack of an agreement. What is discussed in this thesis is how to implement the online social gathering on the @arisanmenurunpku Instagram account and how the obstacles in implementing the online social gathering on the @arisanmenurunpku Instagram acc The type of research used in this research is the method of observation, namely by means of a survey or visiting directly to the research location to collect the required data related to the research carried out. From the results of the study, it is known that regarding the implementation of the agreement at @arisanmenurunpku, there are still many arisan members who make mistakes in the form of members not paying the arisan dues and members disappearing for no reason and also obstacles occur in terms of inappropriate payments, in the online arisan itself. There are several parties who have violated the rules in the implementation of the online social gathering, then this is an obstacle in the implementation of the online social gathering on the @arisanmenurunpku account.
