Abstract :
The implementation of the IsbatNikahSirri at the Pekanbaru Religious Court is basically the same as the implementation of the Isbat Marriage in other respects: Case Registration, Payment of Court Fees, Registrar, Head of Religious Court, Panel of Judges, Court Product Collection Constraints in the application process for the IsbatNikahSirri at the Pekanbaru Religious Court were influenced by several factors originating from the party who proposed the Sirri Marriage, the Judge of the Religious Court. The main problem in this research is how to implement an application for sirri marriage isbat at the Pekanbaru Religious Court based on Law Number 1 of 1974 and what are the obstacles in the process of applying for a sirri marriage isbat at the Pekanbaru religious court. This study uses the Sociological Legal Research Method or Observation (observation research), which is descriptive analytical, while the data collection tools in this study are through interviews, questionnaires and observations relating to the Implementation of the Application for Isbat Marriage Sirri at the Pekanbaru Religious Court Class 1 A. The implementation of the Sirri Marriage Isbat Application at the Pekanbaru Religious Court was widely accepted because the sirri marriage was carried out by the parties who submitted the Sirri Marriage Isbat Application which had been carried out according to Islamic Shari'ah. Then the parties who carry out a sirri marriage are also not married to other people, and the benefits resulting from the granting of a Sirri Marriage Isbat application are greater than the Sirri Marriage Isbat rejected, not accepted (NO), revoked or aborted.
