Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to analyze information on employee motivation and company policies in increasing employee motivation. This research was conducted at PT. Djasa Autotrans which is located on Jl. Soekarno Hatta No. 90B Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees, data analysis techniques obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The total population is 39 people, namely permanent employees at the company. Meanwhile, the types of data sources were obtained through primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used by researchers is the stratified random sampling technique. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis, reliability test and vadility test. The research results from the total show that the respondents about the work motivation of employees at PT. Djasa Autotrans is in the good category. Those containing the internal dimensions are in the good category and the external dimensions are in the very good category.
