Abstract :
Sale and purchase is a reciprocal agreement in which one party (the seller) promises to give up ownership of an item, while the other party (the buyer) promises to pay a price consisting of an amount of money in exchange for the acquisition of the property rights. This study discusses aspects of the principle of good faith in the implementation of buying and selling used motorbikes between individuals and individuals. In this research, what will be examined is about the implementation and legal consequences that arise in buying and selling used motorbikes between individuals based on the principle of good faith. The research method used was observational research which was conducted by means of a survey. Furthermore, the data obtained through interviews with buyers and sellers of used motorbikes. The data obtained will be analyzed then the results of the analysis are arranged systematically and clearly in the form of a thesis. Based on the results of the research that the author did, in this case the buyer paid less attention to the completeness of the bribery on the used motorcycle, and the seller had refused to promise to give the BPKB, but after a long time the BPKB was given to the buyer, the seller showed his good faith.
