Abstract :
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance at PT. Peputra Supra Jaya in Langgam, Pelalawan Regency. This study makes employees as respondents for this study. The number of samples determined was 39 respondents using purposive sampling method. The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Peputra Supra Jaya. From the research results indicate that the motivation variable has an influence on employee performance, it means it can be concluded that the employees at PT. Peputra Supra Jaya is well motivated so that it affects their performance at work. This certainly shows that the company has played an active role in motivating its employees.
