Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the implementation of Village Fund Allocation
Program (ADD) and explain the inhibiting factors of the running of this program
in Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency. The indicator used is the Input,
Process, Output and Impact presented by William N. Dunn. This research is
located in District of Bengkalis by taking sample as many as three villages of
Meskom Village, Penampi Village and Kelapapati Village with sample
population of 90 people. One sampling technique used in determining individual
samples is random sampling. Types and data collection techniques used
consisted of primary data, collected by questionnaire techniques, and interviews
and secondary data collected using observation and documentation techniques.
While the technique of data analysis with several steps, namely, data reduction,
display data and take conclusions and verification. So after the research, it can
be concluded that the evaluation result of the ADD program in Bengkalis Sub
District is going well enough although there are some obstacles that still lack the
achievement of the program objectives such as Human Resources, Perfection
Legality Program, Socialization, facilities and infrastructure and lack of
empowerment activities there is. It will get better when the program can be
further improved its supervision, both internal control and external supervision.
