Abstract :
The results of research and discussion on the function of BPD in supervising the performance of village heads in the village of Limbung, North Lingga District, Lingga Regency include: attached to him in accordance with Law number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. The obstacle of BPD in supervising the performance of the village head especially in the infrastructure sector is due to the weakness of Human Resources (HR) owned by all members of the BPD Limbung Village. It cannot be denied that all BPD members have the minimum required education level, namely a junior high school certificate.
