Abstract :
The importance of fertilizer in the agricultural sector encourages the government to regulate fertilizer trade in Indonesia. Fertilizers are an important component in supporting agricultural success. The amount of urea fertilizer needs and production always fluctuates every year. This study aims to (1) Know the system for selling non-subsidized urea fertilizer, (2) Forecasting the sale of non-subsidized urea fertilizer. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from PT. Pupuk Kaltim Riau Marketing Office. The method of this research is library research and forecasting analysis methods using the ARIMA model. The results showed that the system for selling non-subsidized urea fertilizer at PT. Pupuk Kaltim Riau Marketing Office is carried out through collaboration with distributors. Forecasting sales of non-subsidized urea for the next 5 years, sales are quite significant. To increase sales of non- subsidized urea fertilizer PT. Pupuk Kaltim KP Riau does not only work with distributors but directly to state or private companies engaged in plantations.
