Abstract :
Chatbot is a question and answering system application created to answer questions from users, so that users can have conversations with computers. At the Islamic University of Riau do not yet to have a question and answering system. To speed up the search for information, the author will create a question and answering system in the form of chatbot with information about Islamic University of Riau. Data collection in this application was taken from the Islamic University of Riau website. The application is created by using dialogflow as a chatbot engine, the user interface created using HTML, JavaScript and Node.JS. This application is hosted using the Firebase framework. This application has text to speech and speech to text features that can be used. The results of this study is how the question and answering system or chatbot can work and be used on various devices via the web and can also answer the questions correctly. Application testing is carried out on various devices and can run well. In the accuracy test of the answers, there are some questions that are not answered correctly due to lack of data, to reduce this error it is advisable to add more data.
