Abstract :
This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction at the Batik DZ store in Pekanbaru. Customer satisfaction is the level of consumer feelings after comparing with expectations. The analytical tool used in this research is descriptive analysis. The number of samples in this study were 30 people. The results showed that the level of the category of customer satisfaction variables at Dz Batik Pekanbaru Store was in the satisfied category with the higher satisfaction results resulting in a higher level of customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is obtained on the suitability indicator of expectations obtained by customers at Pekanbaru Batik Dz Store but the supporting facilities and services available are the indicators with the lowest score.
