Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work ethics and discipline partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Delta Garda Persada Pekanbaru. The population of this research is all of the Company's employees as many as 32 people. The research sample was determined using the census method, but the Security section was not used as a sample, so the number of samples was 30 people. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that most employees have a good work ethic and work discipline that is applied in the company. Most employees have good performance. The test results partially and simultaneously stated that the work ethic and work discipline significantly influence employee performance.
