Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Effect of Motivation on Employee Job Performance at PT. Suriatama Mahkota Kencana (Suzuya Senapelan) Pekanbaru and to find out whether motivation significantly influences work performance. The population in this study are employees at PT. Suriatama Mahkota Kencana (Suzuya Senapelan) Pekanbaru. Then the sample taken was 50 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation and questionnaires with data analysis techniques using descriptive and quantitative. With the results of the study the correlation coefficient value of 0.509 in the category of "moderate" correlation. Based on linear regression analysis, the regression.
