Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect after-sales service for consumer satisfaction of users of brand washing machine products LG at Lika Elektronik in Cerenti District. Data collection via distributing questionnaires with research samples that are consumers of product users LG brand washing machines with a total of 52 people. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method, and the data analysis technique is analysis simple linear regression. From the recapitulation the respondents' answers show that after-sales services provided to consumers at Lika Electronic Stores at Cerenti sub-district is already classified as good, and consumers who shop at the shop Lika Elektronik already has a high level of satisfaction. Results of data analysis it can be concluded that after-sales service has a positive and significant effect to the consumer satisfaction of users of LG washing machine products at Lika Electronics in Cerenti Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency.
