Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the cost of mu'nah, the price of gold, and the estimated value of collateral against Ar Rahn's financing of PT Pekanbaru Branch Sharia Pawnshop. The object of research is sharia pawnshops, and research subjects are the cost of mu'nah, the price of gold, the estimated value of goods guarantee, Ar Rahn financing. This research design is a descriptive method quantitative through documentation studies and field research. Data type used is periodic data (time series), namely data collected from time to time to provide an overview of the development of an object research. The data source in this research is secondary. Data analysis technique used is to use multiple linear regression models. Based on the research results note that. 1) There is an influence on the cost of mu'nah Ar Rahn financing. 2) There is an effect of the gold price on Ar Rahn. 3) There is an effect of the estimated value of Ar Rahn's financing on financing.
