Abstract :
Based on the phenomena in the research, a problem formulation is presented, namely how is the motivation of the credit department employees at the Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Utama Pekanbaru? how is the productivity of the credit department employees at Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Utama Pekanbaru? what is the effect of motivation on employee productivity in the Credit Section at the Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Utama Pekanbaru? The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the motivation of the credit department employees at Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Utama Pekanbaru To find out and analyze the productivity of the credit department employees at Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Utama Pekanbaru. To find out and analyze the effect of motivation on employee productivity in the Credit Section at Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Utama Pekanbaru. The results of the study concluded that motivation had an effect on increasing employee productivity in the credit department at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Utama Pekanbaru with a significant level of 0,000, t table> t count. R square value of 0.760 or equal to 76.00% which means there is a variation in the clarity of motivational variables on employee productivity credit section of 76.00%. While the remaining 34.00% is explained by other factors not discussed in this study.
