In this thesis the author uses the method of normative legal research is research literature. in this paper the research method used is descriptive analytical, which is based on the
conditions that are applicable to the data obtained in the study, linked and compared with theories that are applicable to the theme of the thesis, the object in this study deed under hand in the proof of civil lawsuits Pekanbaru District Court of law in the region.
