Abstract :
The Cleanliness and Landscaping Office (DKP) of Pekanbaru runs its work manually. The monitoring of supervisor on the officers' performance is done by checking the paper reports. Even if the officers make reports and requests for the equipments in the same way. The information of the location of Waste Disposal (TPS) and Green Open Space (RTH) is also still very little, so it is not widely known by the public. In addition, the public reports related to the issues of cleanliness and landscaping is carried out via telephone. This system is designed with mobile based using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The supervisor can monitor the officers? performance through mobile devices. Officersalso can make a report and request for equipment through it. Italso makes public become easier to get information about the location of TPS and RTH in Pekanbaru. They can also make a report about the problems of cleanliness and landscaping through it. The total percentage value of the usage of this system is 92.71% or interpreted as strongly agree.
