Abstract :
The Center for (UPT) Testing and Plantation Technology Implementation of The Plantation, Horticulture, and Food Crop Agriculture Office (Distanbun) of Riau Province are still using a manual method in monitoring the plant collection garden. The officer usually comes directly to the plantation location to monitor the crops. Then, farmers should write their report on the book that have been provided by the officer. In addition, there is no media for farmers to make a report to officers if there are obstacles in the garden. Also, in the process of submitting the proposal for planting production facilities, farmers also have to submit it directly to the office. This system is designed based on mobile using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. By using this system, farmers can make a report regularly on the development of the plants in the collection plantation so that the officers can monitor it through the system. If there are obstacles in the garden, farmers can make a report through the system, and the officer can follow it up immediately. This system also makes it easier for farmers in the process of submitting the proposal for planting production facilities to Distanbun. The total of the percentage value of the use of this system is 92.25% or interpreted as strongly agree.
