Abstract :
Job vacancies are available jobs for job seekers, especially people who do not have a job (unemployed), this aims to provide an opportunity to get a job. Work is an activity carried out to earn a living or a livelihood, everyone needs work to continue survival. Job vacancies are usually opened by an agency or company with certain criteria. PT. Dzakiyah Mabrukah Gemilang is a company engaged in the construction developer services field. Currently PT. Dzakiyah Mabrukah Gemilang is still looking for employees manually, through newspapers, information systems, and social media. Making it difficult to select the ability of prospective employees who match the position required. With IT (Information Technology), a decision support system was built using the profile matching method. This system uses 6 criteria, namely last education, graduation year, age, work experience, gender, and attractive appearance. This system is implemented with a web programming language with PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and uses a MySQL database.
