Abstract :
Monitoring and evaluation of mobile-based home construction is a strategic approach to improving employee performance. To achieve this performance improvement, an application is needed to monitor and evaluate employee performance effectively by not separating between humans, infrastructure and the overall management system. In the development process houses there are several problems such as budget funds that are not in line with expectations and time for work that is outside the plan, to overcome this will be built an application that can be used to monitor and evaluate the construction of mobile-based homes. This application was built using PHP and HTML programming languages, CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. The expected result of making this application is that developers can monitor from a distance the performance of their workers using Android, so that the employee performance appraisal process is as expected.
