Abstract :
this study is to determine the influenfe of emotional intelligence with employee performance. the reseaech population is all employees of rotte shop in all pekanbaru branches with 200 people as sample. this sampling techniquw uses saturated sampling technique. the statistical analysis used in this study is pearson correlation statiscal analysis, using spss data processing program version 23,0 for windows. these statistical results have shown that there is a significant the influence between emotional intelligebfe and employee performance ( f : 181,033 p : 0,013 ). the value contribution given is r : 0,669. this means that the influenfe between emotionql intelligence and employee performance is significantly related to employess who work in rotte stores in each pekanbaru branch
