Abstract :
This is to determine the level of income and welfare of rubber farmers in tualang sub-district, siak district in cultivating rubber farming. This study uses primary and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. This method is related to the research results, it was found that the average net income of rubber farmers in the tualang subdistrict of siak district was Rp. 4.515.153,-. As well as the level of welfare obtained by respondent farmers reached 80.72%, or as many as 24 respondent farmers. Thus, the income obtained by respondent farmers is relatively large and is in the prosperous category based on the needs of a decent life
