Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between interpersonal communication and family harmony in working women, with a sample size of 132 people. The sampling technique in this study used convenience sampling. The data collection technique used an interpersonal communication scale of 16 items with a reliability of 0.944 and a scale of marital satisfaction as many as 13 items with a reliability of 0.913. The results of statistical analysis using the Spearman Rho correlation obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.751 with a significant (p) of 0.000 (p <0.05). It can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between interpersonal communication and marital satisfaction of working wives. The higher the interpersonal communication between partners, the higher the marital satisfaction is achieved.
