Abstract :
This study aims to see the relationship between the quality of work life with work involvement in employees of PT. Kunango Jantan. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a relationship between the quality of work life and work involvement in employees of PT. Kunango Jantan. To determine the number of sample s that are considered eligible, the formula Sugiono (2012) uses the krejcie table, the number of samples used is based on the results of the calculation table above, namely, 175 people from 325 employees of PT. Kunango Jantan. With an error rate of 5%, so that the sample has a 95% confidence level. The analysis technique in this study uses the specification of statistical analysis techniques. The results of the study show that there is no relationship between the quality of work life and work involvement in employees of PT. Kunango Jantan. The significance result is 0.000 (Sig. 0.05), the data lies in the p value 0.2 (p < 0.05), which means hypothesis is rejected.
