Abstract :
The implementation of labor construction projects plays an important role in completing a job, the less labor can affect the time to be completed. Until now it turns out that there are still many building construction projects that are late because their productivity is not well planned and not all follow SNI, so that they consume more and more costs because the project is not completed with a predetermined time. The purpose of this study was to determine the process flow of the beam and slab implementation, analyze how much productivity the execution of beams and slab and compare the index results between the field index and the 2013 SNI index. The method used is the time study method. The main aspect of the time study consists of a variety of procedures to determine the length of time needed with a standard time measurement set for each activity involving humans, machinery or a combination of activities. The concept used to clarify the flow of productivity processes in this study is to use the concept of vsm (value stream mapping). The results showed that the average productivity for the formwork work on the beam was 9,853 m2 / hour with an average value of workers index of 0,985 and floor slabs of 13,747 m2 / hour with an index of workers of 1,375. The productivity of beam productivity is 69,456 kg / hour with an index of 3,473 and floor plates obtained productivity of 15,308 kg / hour with a work index of 0,765, beam casting and floor plates obtained an average productivity of 4,921 m3 / hour with an average value worker index of 0.246. The work of the field index has decreased compared to SNI, this decrease is found in casting work. Some of the factors that influence are the number of workers, tools used, methods of implementation, weather and environmental conditions of construction.
