Abstract :
Along with the development of social media in the world, a new habit has emerged called selfie or self picture. This study aims to see the relationship between narcissism and selfie interest. This study used a quantitative correlation method using two research scales, namely the narcissistic scale with alpha reliability of 0.910 and the selfie interest scale with alpha reliability of 0.873. The study population was female educators and educators in the Rumbio Jaya sub-district school. The sampling technique is simple random sampling so that everyone has the same opportunity to become research subjects. The research subjects consisted of 76 respondents. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between narcissism and selfie interest in educators and female education in the Rumbio Jaya sub-district school and the correlation coefficient was quite strong, namely 0.761.
