Abstract :
The Study area is located on Tuanku Tambusai Street ? Arengka Street, Pekanbaru, Riau Province. Geographically, this area is located at 00029?54.93??S - 00030?5.48??S and 101025?8.87??E - 101025?9.34??E. In construction, soil has a role as a barrier to load due to construction on soil which must be able to carry the entire load of the building. Construction on clay soil will get Geotechnical problem such as Soil Settlement when will cause damage to buildings. The purpose of this study is to determine soil conditions and estimate the occurrence of soil settlement at the drill hole 2 construction of SKA Flyover. The methods were being used were Sondir Test Method, SPT Test Method, 2D Plaxis Application, Sieve Analysis and Atterberg Limit Analysis. Based on the results of the study, in the sondir test, the soil layer below 17.20 meters with a value of qc <150 kg / cm2 has a soil settlement value> 3 cm, the soil layer depth above 17.20 meters with a value of qc> 150 kg / cm2 has a value soil settlement <3 cm, in the spt test, 0-12 meters depth, the soil has an SPT-N60 value 10 with soil settlement of 5 ? Si ? 25 cm, a depth of 14-20 meters of soil has a value of 14 SPT-N60 41 with a soil settlement of 1.22 ? Si ? 3.57 cm, depth of 22 - 40 meters of soil has value 33 SPT-N60 60 with soil settlement of 0.83 Si 1.51 cm, in the 2d plaxis application, the soil settlement that occurs after being given a load of 2.5 tons is 7.29 x 10 -3 meters or 0.729 centimeters, the results of the sieve and atterberg limit analysis become complementary data which prove that the analysis results are comparable and in accordance with the results of soil settlement calculations.
