Abstract :
The purpose of this study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of incentives to the work spirit of the Employees of the Division of Finance and Accounting at the Logistics Department of PT. RAPP. The population in this study were 97 people. This study used 42 samples by using census / representative (representing) techniques. Data analysis method is done descriptively and quantitatively. Quantitative analysis uses the equation of the Simple Linear Regression. The results showed that the variable work morale had a significant effect on employee incentives. This can be seen from the results of research that shows that most of the employees of PT. RAPP gets a decent incentive. The morale is measured and seen from the level of satisfaction of the employees while working at PT. RAPP.
