Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to describe satisfaction, and work commitment and explain the influence between variables of work satisfaction and commitment at PT. Holland Bakery Jl.Sudirman Pekanbaru. This research uses primary and secondary data. This research is categorized as quantitative research in which the research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees of PT. Holland Bakery Jl.Sudirman Pekanbaru. The sample in this study were 35 respondents who were determined by data analysis using validity, reliability using SPSS 2020 for windows. The results showed that data analysis using descriptive methods showed that satisfaction and commitment variables had a significant effect on employee work at PT. Holland Bakery Jl.Sudirman Pekanbaru.
