Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of career development and work discipline on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru. The population in this company amounted to 56 people with the sampling technique using the census method and the data were processed using IBM SPSS version 23. This study used a descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, career development and work discipline variables together have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru. For career development variables partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance.
