Abstract :
This study aimsto determine the relation ship of financial compensation to the performance of employees at PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation (a case in a palm oil mill in Pelalawan district). This research is categorized as quantitative descriptive where the research instrumen is in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Surya bratasena plantation. The sample of this study were 50 respondents who were determined by purposive method. Test data analysis with simple regression methods showed that financial compensation variables significantly related to employee perfomance at PT. Surya bratasena plantation.
