Abstract :
The research aims to determine the effect of work commitment on employee job loyalty at Pt. Lubuk bendahara of palma industry (LBPI). The sample technique used is the product moment correlation technique data. Based on the criteria set, this study uses a sample of 39 employee respondents. The type of data used is primary data obtained from respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the work commitment variable has a significant effect on the loyalty variable. This means that one of the factors that affect employee loyalty is employee commitment to the company.
