Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine whether a positive and significant effect on the variable organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees in the personnel or general field, amounting to 44 people. There is also a sampling technique using the Probabilty Sampling technique, namely the research sample set for the consideration of the researcher, namely 44 people. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
