Abstract :
This research was conducted at PT. Adei Plantation & Industry Mandau, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Program on the Work Productivity of the Production Department Employees at PT. Adei Plantation & Industry Mandau Bengkalis Regency. In this study, the population is the production employees at PT. Adei Plantation & Industry Mandau Bengkalis Regency, amounting to 50 people. The sampling technique is a census technique. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the research, it was found that the occupational safety and health (K3) program had an effect on the work productivity of the production employees at PT. Adei Plantation & Industry Mandau.
